At mBODYed, we recognize that curiosity, creativity, learning, and authentic expression are cultivated in an environment of safety and belonging. We strive to create these spaces for those who study with us and train teachers to provide them for their students.
On-Going Programs
mBODYed provides three different opportunities. For performers and students, we offer individual coaching. For individuals interested in teacher training and certification, we offer 3-year programs that begin in periodically throughout the year. For colleges and universities, we offer on-site residencies for your students and hybrid teacher-training options for your faculty.
